Friday, November 6th

12:00 PM – Check in desk opens – Doors open to event

7:00 PM – AOTY #1 Balloon Dog Speed Round*, presented by MSR Wholesale Balloons

Wow the room with your mad speed skills in making as many balloon dogs as you can in five minutes, thanks to our friends at MSR Wholesale Balloons.

8:00 PM – AOTY #2 Flower Speed Round*

Another chance to show off how fast you are with balloons by making as many balloon flowers as you can in five minutes

Saturday, November 7th

10:00 AM – AOTY #3 Color Design Challenge*

Show off your amazing sculpting skills using thirty minutes of time but only one color of balloons

12:00 PM – AOTY #4 Mystery Theme Challenge, presented by MSR Wholesale Balloons*

You’ll have thirty (30) minutes to create a sculpture of your choice, but you won’t know the theme of what you’re making until 30 seconds before the competition starts… thanks to our friends at MSR Wholesale Balloons.

7:00 PM – AOTY #5 Limited Latex Challenge*

Use thirty (30) minutes to create a unique sculpture with only a limited number of balloons, determined by the producers or sponsor

9:00 PM – AOTY #6 Three (3) Minute Design Challenge*

It’s back to speed challenges…you get 180 seconds to create a fun and impressive balloon creation, but don’t go to 181 or you’re eliminated!

10:00 PM – AOTY #7 Ten (10) Minute Design Challenge*

Now we extend things a little bit with a ten (10) minute challenge to create a design of your choice.

Sunday, November 8th

10:00 AM – AOTY #8 Thirty (30) Minute Design Challenge*

On the final day of competition, artists will take thirty (30) minutes to create a dynamic design for the crowd to vote on.

12:00 PM – AOTY #9 Sixty (60) Minute Design Challenge*

As if thirty minutes wasn’t enough, now our latex warriors have sixty (60) minutes to create an even more incredible design for attendees to vote on.

8:00 PM – AOTY #10 Wearable Design Challenge*

With our last competition, artists will create a wearable design in sixty (60) minutes to show off for the voting crowd

10:00 PM – AOTY Presentation

Once all the votes are tallied, we will crown our first ever Artist of the Year for Project 72

Monday, November 9th

12:00 PM – Doors officially close
