Project 72 - The Maiden Voyage

Project 72 is our first-ever twister / balloon entertainer focused event that will be taking place in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, on November 6th through 9th. This event will feature a jam room with twisting, activities and contests running for 72 consecutive hours.

Absolutely not! Any balloon professional is welcome to attend this event! You just need an interest in balloon twisting to benefit from the educational and social aspect of the event.

Project 72 starts at 12:00 PM Eastern time on Friday, November 6th, 2026, and will run for 72 consecutive hours, ending at 12:00 PM Eastern time on Monday, November 9th.

Project 72 will be hosted at the Valley Forge Resort Casino in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The event itself will be taking place in the hotel tower, which is a non-smoking space completely separate from the casino tower portion of the venue.

General admission to the event prior to 7:20 AM Eastern time on November 3rd, 2026, will be $72 per person, plus a $7.20 service charge to cover processing fees. After the November 3rd deadline, admission will be $99 per person ($72 plus a $27 late penalty) plus the $7.20 service charge.

Registration for Project 72 formally opens on Thursday, July 2nd (which is 7/2) at 7:20 AM Eastern time.

It is highly recommended that you bring along your favorite inflation equipment, whether it be a hand pump, floor pump, electronic equipment or anything in between. Even though balloons are being provided by sponsors, it’s still advised that you should bring along your own inventory just in case there is a color or style not available at the event, ESPECIALLY if you are going to enter any of our competitions. Other suggestions are a light sweater, jacket or hoodie in case you get cold, a personal seat cushion and lots of energy!

Yes, the Valley Forge Resort is offering $139 per night for our group, plus $10 additional for every extra person staying in your room. You will receive the discounted hotel information after you formally register to attend Project 72.

Guest rooms include a mini-fridge and Keurig style coffee maker. They do NOT include microwave ovens.

The casino hosts a small food court with breakfast, lunch and dinner options available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. The venue is also just a few minutes away from the King of Prussia Mall, the second largest indoor mall in the country, which features numerous restaurants, many of them available through Uber Eats. But at $72 for attendance at Project 72, no formal meals are included with your registration price.

While this is a first time event, vendors are encouraged to bring inventory in which to sell directly to our attendees. So yes, we fully expect this as an option. We also expect our sponsors to provide complimentary balloons for your use to play with during the event.

We fully expect the bare bones of the activity schedule to start taking place around late August or early September. We expect the full schedule of events and activities to be completed within two weeks of the event. However, you should understand that with the unique nature of this event, changes could happen at any time.
